Shipping & Delivery

At Haypp, we're dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you swiftly and securely. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Milton Keynes, with standard delivery typically taking 1-3 working days. 

We offer a range of convenient delivery options to suit your needs as you can read more about below. The different shipping options available are based on the postcode you enter at checkout. The exact delivery time and shipping cost vary based on the shipping method you choose.  

Priority Packing

Opt for Priority Packing at checkout to have your order prioritized in our handling queue, ensuring the quickest dispatch possible. Please note, this doesn't expedite the delivery speed once shipped. 

Delivery Options


•    Royal Mail 24 Delivery:
Royal Mail delivers your parcel to your mailbox.
•    InPost Locker:
InPost is a self-service delivery method that allows you to pick up your order from a local automated parcel locker.
      Many of their lockers are available 24/7, giving you the flexibility to collect your package whenever it suits you.
•    DPD Next Day Delivery:
Home delivery Monday-Friday.
• 
  DPD Saturday Delivery: Home delivery only on Saturdays. Note: Orders must be placed by 4pm Friday for Saturday delivery. 

Important Information

There are some important things you need to consider when choosing your delivery option: 

  • Adult Signature Required: All DPD deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery to comply with age verification regulations.
  • Battery Products: Due to carrier restrictions, products containing batteries (e.g. vapes or heated tobacco devices) may have limited delivery options in certain areas, including Jersey, Guernsey, Eire, the Western Isles, the Shetland Islands, parts of Cornwall, Northern Ireland, Kirkwall, the Isle of Man, Inverness, Paisley, Perth, the Isle of Wight, Exeter, Kilmarnock, and Falkirk. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Haypp account for detailed delivery information.
