At Haypp, we're dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you swiftly and securely. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Milton Keynes, with standard delivery taking 1–3 working days – although your parcel is usually delivered the very next day depending on where you live.
Opt for Priority Packing at checkout to have your order prioritized in our handling queue, ensuring the quickest dispatch possible. Please note, this doesn't expedite the delivery speed once shipped.

Mailbox delivery
Royal Mail 24 Delivery
Your parcel will be delivered directly to your mailbox via Royal Mail.
Please note: Due to Royal Mail’s shipping policies, items such as vapes or heated tobacco devices containing batteries cannot be delivered to mailboxes.
Parcel locker pickup
InPost Locker
Your order will be delivered to an InPost parcel locker, a convenient self-service option that lets you collect your package from a local automated locker.
Many lockers are available 24/7, giving you the flexibility to pick up your parcel whenever it suits you.
Please note: InPost does not deliver vapes or heated tobacco devices.
Home delivery
- DPD Next Day Delivery
Home delivery Monday–Friday. - DPD Saturday Delivery
Home delivery on Saturdays only. Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM Friday for Saturday delivery.
- HIVED Next Day Delivery
Home delivery Monday–Saturday. - HIVED Same Day Delivery
Home delivery Monday–Friday. Orders must be placed by 1:30 PM for same-day delivery. Note: Available in central London only

There are some important things you need to consider when choosing your delivery option:
- Battery Products: Due to carrier restrictions, products containing batteries (e.g. vapes or heated tobacco devices) may have limited delivery options in certain areas, including Jersey, Guernsey, Eire, the Western Isles, the Shetland Islands, parts of Cornwall, Northern Ireland, Kirkwall, the Isle of Man, Inverness, Paisley, Perth, the Isle of Wight, Exeter, Kilmarnock, and Falkirk.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the current status and estimated delivery date of your parcel here. To track your shipment, please enter your order number (found in your order confirmation) and your postcode.
What shipping options are available for vapes and heated tobacco devices?
We deliver vapes and heated tobacco devices using DPD and HIVED. You can read more about the different shipping methods under Delivery Options above.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be packed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be packed on the next working day.
What does the Priority Packing Option mean?
By selecting priority packing at checkout, your order will be prioritized for handling and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note that this option does not affect delivery time after shipment.
My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
Although rare, some deliveries may take longer than expected. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days after leaving our warehouse, please contact our customer service here.
