How to use
- Slide the cover open.
- Push the stick (sold seperately) and ensure the dotted line of the stick is above the edge of the device.
- Press and hold the button area until the device vibrates. The heating progress is shown on the LED display.
- The light strip will flash and the device will vibrate twice once ready for use.
- Begin your session.
- The device will vibrate and the light strip will pulse slowly with 20 seconds remaining. One long vibration indicate that the session is ready. .
